چکیده
In this paper, we introduce probability density function of four variate Weibull distributions. A multivariate survival function of Weibull Distribution is used for four variables. From the survival function, the probability density function and cumulative probability function are derived. Ghrelin may affect reproductive function in animals and humans. In the application part the experimental conditions of an acute injection of ghrelin (1g/kg) to normal women, basal and GnRH-induced LH and FSH secretion were not affected and suggested that ghrelin does not play a major physiological role in gonadotrophin secretion in women. In the mathematical part, we have found that the Survival function of the curveis suddenly decreased in Mid-luteal phase compare with other phases. Pdf of the curve is suppressed in late follicular phase and it will be increased at the time of7min.Pdf for early follicular phase of control cycleis increased from 4 min .Also Pdf curve for early follicular phase with ghrelin administration and mid-luteal phase with ghrelin and GnRH are also increased at the time of 5 and 3 minutes respectively.

Mathematical Modelling on Lamprey GnRH-III using Autoregressive Logistic Processes
In this paper a mathematical model is developed based on current biological concepts of the lamprey GnRH-III involved in LH and FSH concentration . The physiologic role played by GnRH-III on gonadotropin secretion in mammalian species is controversial. Although GnRH-III is a weak GnRH agonist, early research in mammalian species suggested that GnRH-III can selectively stimulate the secretion of...
متن کاملP-165: Results of Adding Recombinant LH in Normoresponder Patients for Assisted Reproductive Technology Treatment: A Prospective Randomized Control Trial
Background: Based on classical two cell- two-gonadotropin theory, in the follicle, FSH and LH put on their main effects on the granulosa and theca cells. LH is essential for androgens production. Androgens as precursor, is used for estradiol production by granulosa cells under aromatase activity. Profound suppression of LH concentrations in some normogonadotropic patients can cause several adve...
متن کاملA mathematical model for the actions of activin, inhibin, and follistatin on pituitary gonadotrophs.
The timed secretion of the luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) from pituitary gonadotrophs during the estrous cycle is crucial for normal reproductive functioning. The release of LH and FSH is stimulated by gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) secreted by hypothalamic GnRH neurons. It is controlled by the frequency of the GnRH signal that varies during the estrous c...
متن کاملHypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis in two men with aromatase deficiency: evidence that circulating estrogens are required at the hypothalamic level for the integrity of gonadotropin negative feedback.
BACKGROUND In men, the feedback of gonadotropins is regulated by estrogens that come from the aromatization of testosterone, but the relative contribution to the inhibition of LH and FSH secretion by the amount of locally produced estrogens within the hypothalamus and/or the pituitary, and the amount of circulating estrogens still remains unknown. OBJECTIVE In order to evaluate the effect of ...
